The Eye of the Beholder is one of The Twilight Zone's most adored and famous episodes, and with great reason; it's incredibly written, astoundingly executed, and packs a never forgetting fable like twist. While it's only a simple allegory, it plays an important role in symbolizing the superficial and judgmental mind of the Human race. The episode takes the form of a vessel that’s criticizing discrimination and segregation of our overly opinionated society.
I don't want to ruin this amazing episode so I suggest you watch it.

My grade 12 English teacher showed this to the class. That was quite some time ago but yet, it has never left my mind. Mr. D'Andrea was an amazing teacher and human being. He taught me the importance of being myself and staying true to myself.
He told that being Florind was the best thing I could be.
